Maintenance-Free Spiral Tube Former (BKTF-1400A)

Based on imported spiral tube former from Spiro company of Switzerland, through our independent research, we successfully developed a new generation of automatic maintenance-free tube former which is stable performence, convenient for commissioning, and saving electricity.

It have solved the main problems of Spiro machines and other domestic machines (National patent has been applied). And it have also been removed from frequent repair and maintenance.

When cutting the tubes, due to high speed, cutting pressure which is produced by cutting blade will blow toward machine direction (pressure roller components). As long as the bearings will have any iron filings, which would make the bearings unflexible, or even damaged, and the chains of transmission will often break, the electrical load will increase, even overload, in this case it will bring a problem that we often need to take apart the bearings and wash it, even replace the bearings. Bearing replacement is a relative trouble, a high technical requirements of work. Installation and adjusting of the bearings will affect productivity and working life of the machine diectly.

1. For our developed BKTF-1400A/ 1500B spiral duct forming machine, the bearings are all sealed. After or during the production process we only use compressed air to blow out the remaining iron filings. We don't need to take the bearings apart.

2. The reducer vertical installation, so the bearing point is on the table, and no oil will leak out, motor is not easy to burn out, There are more space for vertical instalation than horizontal instation, it is very easy to opertate and convenient to unload the rollers.
